Our Digital Goods and Services are not designed to be used by children under the age of 13. Other Users can also see your game profile including your nickname and profile picture. So if you use your real name as your nickname, that information will be publicly available on your game profile and leaderboards. Therefore, we recommend you not share your personal data in public forums or use your real name. You are solely responsible for any information or content that is publicly posted.

Any questions, requests or complaints not related to your personal data will not be answered by the Privacy Office. We will forward such requests, questions, or complaints to Greattec Customer Support.
We will keep your information only for as long as we need it or for as long as the law requires. If your Account is inactive for 365 consecutive days, we may delete, de-identify, or anonymise your Account and you may no longer be able to access your Account.
If you have given us permission to contact you about our Digital Goods and Services, you can change your mind and unsubscribe at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so by sending an email to Greattec Support Team.
For any in-game messages, you can use the option in the game settings.
You can also use the settings on your mobile device: using Apple iOS, set your privacy settings to “limit ad tracking”; and in Android, set your privacy settings to “opt-out of interest-based ads”.
